Post-treatment Instructions for Face Sculpting
- Avoid Strenuous Physical activity for 7 days.
- Avoid Excessive Sun Exposure for 7 days.
- Avoid massaging or manipulating the treated areas for at least 72 hours.
- Encourage cold compresses to control pain and swelling (discuss with a consultant).
- Makeup can be applied post-treatment if no complications are present. Please apply gently to the treated area.
- Gentle washing is allowed a few hours post-treatment.
- For 6 hours post-treatment, avoid touching the area.
- A post-procedure skin care regimen will be suggested by our staff to maximize and prolong your treatment.
- The risk of facial cold sore recurrence can happen after any procedure that could be caused by needle punctures. Please talk with your healthcare professional.
- Avoid taking aspirin, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications (such as ibuprofen). These agents may increase bruising and bleeding at the injection site.
- After treatment, you might have some swelling, redness, pain, bruising, headache, and itching at the injection site or tenderness.
These are typically mild in severity and normally last less than 7 days in nasolabial folds and less than 14-18 days in lips. Swelling may be more likely in patients under 36 years, and bruising may be more likely in patients over 35 years. - You may Use Arnica cream in the morning and evening for bruises.
- While sleeping Elevate the head at 45 degree angle, use two soft pillows
- Reduce Water intake and salt intake for 7 days after the procedure.
- After getting nose filler avoid using sunglasses for 5 days
- Follow-up appointment will be after 10 days.
